As a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), Eddie started his career at the Ministry of Works, where he gained the very best of training that was available. His work experience has taken him around the world from Japan, Dubai, England, America, Switzerland and lastly in Fiji. His commitment to quality and integrity has never wavered. Today, he applies that same precision to Mr Fix Ltd, providing the technical clarity that modern property buyers demand.

The New Zealand voluntary standard for non-invasive pre-purchase visual inspections. We ensure your inspection meets these detailed requirements for safety and transparency. This New Zealand Standard is a voluntary guideline for inspecting in an otherwise unregulated industry with its fair share of cowboys so you need an inspector you can trust and who has a long history of building experience.

Utilising industry-leading moisture meter technology. We provide accurate data to identify hidden structural risks and moisture issues that cheaper moisture meters often miss. Our moisture meters are regularly re-calibrated to check for accuracy, most inspectors don't do this.

Our analysis goes beyond the standard. We combine technical expertise with decades of experience to provide a comprehensive report on your property's soundness. Less experienced inspectors will often report moisture when there is none. If in doubt, get the magnet out to check if there is metal behind the wall.
